Jessica grew up surrounded by the warmth of Middle Eastern culture — the kind of hospitality where everyone is family and a night together stretches for hours. She opened Elsewhere so that feeling could live somewhere real: multiple rooms for different moods, a courtyard for when you need air, and a door policy that treats women like the reason the night works.

Elsewhere is Austin's after-hours answer to the same three bars everyone already knows. Deep plum walls, gold accents, low light, and a garden courtyard out back with the downtown skyline right over the fence.
Every room has its own mood: the main lounge under the gold Elsewhere sign, a blue VIP room with orange velvet sofas, a sage-green private room lit by crystal chandeliers, and the open-air courtyard. Hookah is mixed to order, the bar is full, and there's a door policy that treats women like the reason the night works. Doors open at 4pm; the room is 21+ after 9pm.
